不是sci的行不行，我投过土木工程
知道几个，但英文不会写。

牛呀，被SCI检索，还有影响因子的要求！
可以利用web of science检索土木工程类的SCI期刊～
I是科学引文索引，主要收录的是国际上理科方向的文章。EI也是偏向于理科方向，但它收录的是会议论文。国际上还有一个SSCI，这个是偏向于文科的检索系统，之后被引入到中国就成了CSSCI，即南大核心期刊。关于难度：都比较难，因为SCI、EI和CSSCI 的收录方向不同，所以比较难度不具有科学性。反正，都很难。关于认可度：SCI、EI是国际期刊，CSSCI是国内期刊，自然SCI和EI的认可度比较高，如果一篇文章能够被SCI和EI 双检索的话，就更好了。关于加分：很多人发文章是为了加分评职，根据我多年的经验来看，SCI加分最多，有的单位EI和SCI是平级加分，有的单位EI加分稍低，CSSCI的加分都低于国际期刊。
SCI和EI同是国际学术界权威的检索系统，两者侧重点不同，sci自然科学类的，侧重方法原理的研究，EI是工程类的，侧重技术的实用性。两者级别差不多，但是就重要性来说sci重要性高一些。

《岩石力学与工程学报》和《岩土工程学报》（包括《岩土力学》）是岩土界的3大王牌期刊。据我投稿经验：录用难易程度《岩土力学》<《岩石力学与工程学报》<《岩土工程学报》；《岩土工程学报》是本行业最权威的学报。
