国内土木期刊较好的，我凭印象写一些《土木工程学报》，土木工程学会主办，我们戏称为土木工程试验学报。（待会把手头这篇论文写完，有空了写个关于试验的吐槽)《工程力学》，清华大学主办《建筑结构学报》，注意区别《建筑结构》，两者档次还是有差别的，学报档次高。《振动与冲击》，上海交大主办，研一的时候投过，审稿很快，录用也很快。《铁道学报》《中国公路学报》《中国铁道科学研究》，这三个是行业期刊，由于行业与土木联系紧密所以也算土木类期刊。
（1）普刊来说，确实有一部分期刊是审稿快，见刊也快的，但是这种是比较少的。（2）如果是知网收录的期刊，你说审核快，见刊快，这不大可能。我之前找淘淘论文网办理的加急发表，审核是5个工作日给的结果，加急是3个月后拿到的刊物。这个已经是比较快的了。（3）如果你想1天审核，1个月就出刊拿到刊物，那只能是假刊了。如果有人告诉你他能1个月给你拿到刊物，那他肯定是了。

几乎不存在。2020年下半年中科院给出了1个SCI期刊预警名单，该名单公布后，各大高校纷纷也将这些期刊列入本校SCI期刊的黑名单。根据“模术狮”众多专家的分析，目前“审稿又快、质量又水”的SCI期刊，建议看看MDPI旗下的，但是呢，友情提醒：去年很多MDPI旗下的SCI期刊都被列为预警期刊了，此外，MDPI旗下的SCI、EI期刊有个显著的特点，初审通过率极低，尤其是中国作者的稿件。1、非预警审稿慢非预警SCI期刊中，审稿快的极少极少，自己投稿一般都要3~6个月才能获得一审返修意见，投稿到录用6~9个月是非常正常的。我们接触过超级多的大牛专家，文章写得非常好，但是投过去半年多了还没收到反馈意见。2、推荐出版审稿快委托专家推荐到Special Issue的稿件，审稿会快一些，因为Special Issue的审稿人都是主编认识的专家，主编可以请他们加快审稿进度。3、稿件质量有要求然而，无论您是自己投稿，还是委托专家推荐到Special Issue，稿件质量都是有要求的，太差的稿件肯定不行。现在SCI期刊审稿流程是非常严格的，每篇稿件都要在投稿系统中经过如下流程：编辑初审、第1次同行评审、作者返修、多次同行评审和多次返修、出版社QA编辑质量把关、主编最终决定、Proof、出版、WOS数据库收录。太水的稿件，建议转投EI会议。4、SCI收稿方向窄不同于中文核心期刊，大部分SCI期刊收稿方向非常窄，很多稿件连初审都很难通过，更别提外审、录用了。具体投哪个期刊，需要根据您的研究方向、影响因子要求、中科院分区要求、录用时间要求、检索时间要求来匹配。
sci应该没有快一些的吧，你求快的话（土木工程）可能更适合一点吧

灌水杂志不建议发，随时都可能被踢出SCI，建议你找专业机构咨询如何加急投稿。
一、EI，CSCD核心，全国中文核心《岩土工程学报》、《土木工程学报》、《建筑结构学报》、《岩土力学》、《重庆大学学报》、《煤炭学报》、《中国矿业大学学报》、《中南大学学报》、《东南大学学报》、《同济大学学报》。二、EI，全国中文核心《采矿与安全工程学报》、《岩石力学与工程学报》、《水利学报》。
