找到该杂志社或报社的投稿email将你写好的文章邮件过去即可，注意标题要醒目点；或者找到投稿地址，写书信类投稿，注意能搞到主编的姓名，直接在上面写上主编收。
直接打正文，就是将小说内容复制到邮件正文里面。投稿用Word格式是说，附件用word，而不是txt之类的其他格式。我本身是做编辑的。基本上喜欢在正文里一份，附件里一份。附件的排版做清楚些最好了。
正文就是你的文章+你的真实姓名、笔名、邮政地址、邮编、qq或msn、电话等详细联系方式。杂志社要求加上附件是为了防止正文出现乱码，附件的内容也一样。很多人只在正文里写了联系方式而忘了在附件里也写上，导致编辑联系不到作者。其实附件不加也可以，因为出现乱码的情况非常少，但既然天使的约稿强调了，你还是加上吧，态度好一点嘛~让编编有个好印象。不要忘记在标题上写好栏目名称、标题、作者名，注意！！！文章末尾请一定留下作者真实姓名、地址、邮编、电话、电子邮箱、qq。附件也一样！！！好了，祝你成功哈！
邮箱格式是：登录名@主机名域名。以QQ邮箱为例，QQ邮箱的格式为：qq号。使用QQ邮箱投稿的操作方法参考如下：1、打开QQ邮箱官网。2、输入QQ账号密码进行登录。3、在QQ邮箱主界面，点击左上角的写信。4、在写信界面输入收件人的邮箱，以及填写好主题和正文后点击发送即可。
投稿分两种情况，1、直接过去投，2、网投。1、直接过去投对于本校的或者本地的杂志，记得一定要直接过去投。因为这样方便登记，可以减少编辑从网上下载下来慢慢登记的过程。呵呵，有些粗心的编辑说不定会把你的文章给漏掉。去登记的时候，带上三份稿件和电子版。一份便于编辑送出去审稿，一份给编辑保留，一份问编辑哪些需要修改以此表示你投稿的诚意。电子版最好用U盘拷来，邮箱有一份，防止出现意外。记得带上审稿费啊。（论文的格式和需要注意的地方，以后给大家再讲）。现在的杂志一般审稿至少都三个月，因为送给那些教授专家审稿，那些人都是一些大忙人，就算编辑催上几十次，也要三个月，如果不催一年也有可能。2、网投如果是网投，记得不要仅仅发一篇文章给编辑，什么都不说。这样他们会觉得你搞学术都忘了礼貌了。因为每天编辑都会收到几十封甚至几百封投稿邮件。：）发这样的笑脸蛮有用的，他们会觉得你亲切，说不定很快把你的论文下载下来跟你联系。编辑如果不把你的文章下载下来，你的文章就会石沉大海。这次由于我们学校邮箱系统出现问题，也导致我们各个编辑部的几百封投稿都弄丢了。记得一定要留你的联系方式，手机，座机，QQ，地址，邮编等一切可能的联系方式。当编辑跟你联系后，记得要记下他的联系方式，按照编辑的方式汇款，记得经常打电话询问你需要做什么样的修改。增刊一般学校都不承认。核心期刊的增刊一般都算是非核心期刊处理，具体的还要询问导师。研究生答辩前，如果是核心期刊，需要录用通知就行了；如果是非核心的，需要见刊。一般情况下，核心期刊每期的杂志安排都很超前，如果你需要投稿的话，记得要提前半年的时间，因为审稿还有三个月。除非你有关系或者你导师有关系，这个属于例外。投非核心的就找一个名声好一点都杂志投，这样不给导师丢脸，发表起来容易很多，审稿时候一般比较短，因为他们的稿源不多。一个月左右差不多都可以发表了。
一定要贴正文，很多有附件的邮件是被直接屏蔽的，因为现在很多邮件的附件都是病毒，所以一定贴正文里，附件最好是空的

具体看情况了，比如你给别人发简历，最好还是在正文里面编辑几句话。、你也说了你发了附件，附件是文件word，pdf，zip等这类文件。假设你不发这些东西，你写文字，总不能把文字写到word在添加附件吧。正文就是你添加附件下面（或上面）的很大一片空白的位置。
文章肯定是用正文，附件是用来发文件或图片的。
