开始——CMD——键入TYPE ：显示文件内容，如TYPE E:\CDMTXT,就会显示其文本内容,EDIT E:\CDMTXT ,然后进行修改

sublimeText2，winmaclinux通用文本编辑器，最近很火，界面漂亮，功能强大，插件很多虽然不是开源的，可以一直试用，如果喜欢可以考虑买一个license开源的可以用notepad++。
