几乎不存在。2020年下半年中科院给出了1个SCI期刊预警名单，该名单公布后，各大高校纷纷也将这些期刊列入本校SCI期刊的黑名单。根据“模术狮”众多专家的分析，目前“审稿又快、质量又水”的SCI期刊，建议看看MDPI旗下的，但是呢，友情提醒：去年很多MDPI旗下的SCI期刊都被列为预警期刊了，此外，MDPI旗下的SCI、EI期刊有个显著的特点，初审通过率极低，尤其是中国作者的稿件。1、非预警审稿慢非预警SCI期刊中，审稿快的极少极少，自己投稿一般都要3~6个月才能获得一审返修意见，投稿到录用6~9个月是非常正常的。我们接触过超级多的大牛专家，文章写得非常好，但是投过去半年多了还没收到反馈意见。2、推荐出版审稿快委托专家推荐到Special Issue的稿件，审稿会快一些，因为Special Issue的审稿人都是主编认识的专家，主编可以请他们加快审稿进度。3、稿件质量有要求然而，无论您是自己投稿，还是委托专家推荐到Special Issue，稿件质量都是有要求的，太差的稿件肯定不行。现在SCI期刊审稿流程是非常严格的，每篇稿件都要在投稿系统中经过如下流程：编辑初审、第1次同行评审、作者返修、多次同行评审和多次返修、出版社QA编辑质量把关、主编最终决定、Proof、出版、WOS数据库收录。太水的稿件，建议转投EI会议。4、SCI收稿方向窄不同于中文核心期刊，大部分SCI期刊收稿方向非常窄，很多稿件连初审都很难通过，更别提外审、录用了。具体投哪个期刊，需要根据您的研究方向、影响因子要求、中科院分区要求、录用时间要求、检索时间要求来匹配。
又快又水的期刊，你是想一投就中是吧，这个你属于多想了，因为SCI好歹是SCI，你可以找发表难度比较低的，如果四区的一些低分区的期刊。如果还是不行，那你可以去淘淘论文网看下，那边可以帮忙快速发表。
又快有水的SCI期刊，这个还确实有一些是比较水的SCI，速度也相对快一些。但是我也不知道都是哪些期刊，相对来说四区的期刊肯定好投稿一些，然后你自己看看查询下他们的影响因子，找几个影响因子低的投稿试试吧，碰碰运气。如果你是理工科的，比较着急发表，你可以去淘淘论文看下，那边可以帮忙发表一些，但是主要是化学，计算机，工程这些类的
frontiers系列期刊其中确实存在比较水的刊物，但是也有一些质量比较高的期刊，其中的文章被选录到SCI中，所以我们不能够对该系列的期刊的质量情况一概而论，而是应该具体分析每个期刊的情况。frontiers系列期刊中我认为质量比较好其中之一就是Frontiers in Immunology，中文名为《免疫学前沿》。该期刊近五年的平均IF（影响因子）超5分，发表快，发文量大，接收综述比例超过30%，对国人友好但并未出现“灌水”情况。Frontiers in Immunology 于2010年在瑞士创刊，是国际免疫学会联合会 (IUIS) 的官方期刊。该杂志的主编是美国国家过敏与传染病研究所临床免疫学与微生物学实验室的 Luigi Daniele Notarangelo 教授。 该期刊旨在发表涵盖整个免疫学领域的杰出研究成果：包括研究免疫系统发育和功能的基本机制，对人类免疫疾病的临床和免疫表型的描述，以及关于它们的分子基础的定义。Frontiers in Immunology期刊的发文量一直呈上升趋势，2016年679篇，2017年1884篇，2018年3166篇，2019年3091篇，2020年3519篇。从近几年的数据看来，发文量似乎是要停留在3500篇左右，不知道今年的发文量是否还会稳定在这一水平。 与2017-2018年期间发文量显著上升对应，2017-2018年的影响因子出现了下降;在2019年控制了发文量后，影响因子也回暖至5分以上。所以从这几年的发文量数据，也能大致预测出2020年IF会继续保持在5分左右的趋势。
