有很多这类的杂志，不过发表文章要导师的名字带着吧
生命的化学中国生物化学与分子生物学报遗传都是比较容易的。
生物技术通报，生物技术，可能容易发一点，试试前者，最新的中文核心期刊，但是不是cscd的核心期刊。不知道符合不符合你的要求，好一点的小综述的话，看看生命的化学和遗传等。
是。《生物学教程》是全国教育类核心期刊，核心刊物版面费一般比较高，如果你是名校教授级别的才有可能不交版面费发表，对发表的内容要求很高的要求。生物学教学》杂志是由国家教育部主管、华东师范大学主办,向国内外正式发行的全国教育类核心期刊。
