我有第一批认定的学术期刊名单（共5756种），刚查了一下，没有《学周刊》。但也不能证明这个刊物就不能发了，当然你可以选择其他的刊物。
先确定你的稿子属于哪方面的内容，然后找相关的周刊报社地址（出版物上都有），接下来就可以直接写信投稿了，信封上写明“投稿”。有些稿件需要向作者收取审稿费，并且不采用的稿件也不退，要自己留底稿，这些通常会在刊物上加以说明的。比较保险的做法是先给编辑写信，问清情况后再行动。
