医学实验动物管理系统内容提要作者叙述了医学实验动物产供需管理的复杂性及北京地区的现状，说明了开发实验动物产供需管理系统的必要性。用数据库技术在微机上开发该系统，并简要介绍了其主要功能及数据流程图。关镇词医学实验动物管理系统医学实验动物(以下简称实验动物)是生命科学、生物工程学、医药学、兽医药学、营养学等高新技术学科发展中必不可少的生物实验对象，随着上述高新科技的发展，对实验动物的要求和标准越来越高，只有实验动物的质量得到保证，医学实验才能得到真实可靠的结果。现在发达国家(如美国、英国、日本等)都已对实验动物实行标准化、商品化供应。每个国家只有少数实验动物供应公司负责供应全国的标准实验动物(个别特殊实验动物例外)。这样做不但可保证实验动物的质量，还可节省大量饲养设施费用并减少实验动物饲养人员。目前我国实验动物的标准化、商品化供应状况是比较落后的，各个实验动物生产单位之间，生产单位与使用单位之间尚无完善的信息流通渠道，各单位所使用的实验动物在很大程度上是靠各单位自繁、自养、自用，这样不但分散了资金和人力，造成很大的浪费(实验动物的饲育设施是非常昂贵的，以我国目前的标准，每个饲育室平均至少约需15万元投资)，而且有些单位由于资金和技术力量不足，饲育设施及实验动物质量达不到标准要求。要象经济发达国家那样，实现实验动物的标准化、商品化供应，就需要用现代化的管理手段对实验动物的产、供、需进行统一管理，目前国内尚无这方面的经验可以借鉴。作者介绍了一个能满足实验动物管理要求的计算机管理系统。一、实验动物管理的复杂性及北京地区目前的现状实验动物管理是一项很复杂的工作，因为实验动物是一种很特殊的产品。以实验动物中使用量最大的小鼠为例，小鼠的体重必须在18一229范围之内才能用来做实验(少数情况例外)，当小鼠长到189时，它的体重平均每天增长19，也就是说，一旦小鼠符合实验要求，就必须在4~5天之内使用，否则就变成废物，若不及时处理掉，还要白白消耗饲料。目前北京地区实验动物的生产和使用状况:根据调查，一些实验动物生产单位是根据历年积累的一些经验来制订实验动物的繁育计划的，这种生产计划在很大程度上带有盲目性，不是供不应求就是供过于求。还有些实验动物生产单位预先让本单位使用实验动物的科室上报使用计划，再根据使用计划制订繁育计划，这种管理方法比根据经验办事科学多了，但还是不能适应现实情况的变化。常常有这种情况，生产单位按计划饲育出合格的实验动物，但由于种种原因，实验必须延期，而实验动物却无法延期使用，生产单位只能四处联系，为实验动物另寻销路。根据调查，各单位生产出来的合格小鼠的使用率仅在45%左右，浪费是非常惊人的。一方面合格的实验动物被浪费掉，另一方面有些单位临时急需某种实验动物，却又无法买到。上述情况都是由于目前没有建立起一个完善的，现代化的实验动物产、供、需信息流通渠道所致。究竟怎样管理实验动物这样一种极其特殊的产品才能最大限度地减少浪费，最充分合理地利用已经生产出来的合格的动物，并最终实现北京地区实验动物的标准化、商品化供应，这就是我们这里要探讨和解决的问题。二、实验动物产供需管理系统的主要功能要实现实验动物的标准化、商品化供应可用计算机对实验动物的产、供、需进行管理。由于实验动物本身的特殊性，与其他行业相比，实验动物的计算机管理有其困难的一面。经过调查，最后确定解决问题的总方针是“以销定产，调济余缺”。在这个方针指导下，建立了十二个数据库，并编制了一套专用程序，在北京市动物管理委员会设专人使用这套专用程序为各动物生产单位和使用单位录入数据并提供信息咨询。在12个数据库中有3个是编码库，包括实验动物的编码，动物生产单位名称的编码和使用单位名称的编码。基本信息库有4个，其中包括生产单位能够生产的动物品种品系、级别、生产单位的地址、电话和使用单位的地址、电话等基本信息。这七个数据库中的信息是相对稳定的，各有关单位均可随时查询。为保证实验动物产供需信息的流通建立了五个数据库，其中包括实验动物使用单位上报信息的计划库和机动库，实验动物生产单位上报信息的任务库，调节库和结算库。数据流程图如下:数据流程图只是表明了数据的走向，未体现时间关系和数据库中的具体内容，现说明如通常情况下，实验动物使用单位提前向动管会上报使用计划，并由操作人员录入计划库，计划中应包括动物的品种品系、性别、数量、级别、体重、日龄、使用日期等。若使用单位临时急需使用某种动物，可将所需动物的品种品系、性别、数量、级别、使用日期等上报机动库。实验动物生产单位可查询动管会的计划库，根据使用单位的需要及本单位的生产能力与使用单位联系，使用单位也可通过查询基本信息库了解生产单位能够生产的动物品种品系、级别等信息，主动与生产单位联系，双方签订供销合同，生产单位再根据所签订的合同制订动物繁育计划，上报任务库。为保证合格动物的数量，生产单位是按照1:4的比例来制订动物的繁育计划的(因为繁育出的动物不能保证只只成活，只只合格，另外一些单位只要雌性或者只要雄性，而繁育出来的动物一般是雌雄各半)。若生产单位按计划繁育动物之后，在满足使用单位需要的前提下尚有盈余(例如为某单位生产500只雌鼠，繁育之后，会盈余出约同等数量的雄鼠)，可将盈余动物的品种品系、数量、级别等上报调节库。另外若动物使用单位由于种种原因，需临时取消原来的订货，也可将动物的品种品系、数量、级别等上报调节库(当然使用单位要负责赔偿损失)。这样动管会的微机操作人员可根据机动库的需要和调节库中的盈余来帮助动物生产单位和使用单位之间互通有无，调济余缺，减少浪费。综上所述，计划库和任务库可以保证“以销定产”，机动库和调节库可在北京市或更大范围内“调济余缺”，既可以最大限度地减少浪费，又可以为急需实验动物的单位解燃眉之急。每个季度动物生产单位将该单位各类动物的实际生产量和销售量上报结算库，这样经过微机汇总统计，每年北京市各类实验动物的生产量和销售量就一目了然了，该数据可为进一步完善北京地区实验动物的管理积累宝贵的资料。三、系统总体设计结构框图及其功能实验动物产供需管理系统共由七个功能模块组成，包含50多个子程序。功能模块图如下:实各功能模块简要说明如下:1.数据录入:各动物生产单位和使用单位将基本信息和动物的需求信息提交动管会，由动管会统一录入。该模块提供了数据唯一性检验，可避免相同数据的重复录入。2.显示修改:可使用菜单选择显示任何一个数据库中的内容，若需要修改，即可根据屏幕的操作提示，进行修改。显示和修改放在一个功能模块中可大大方便计算机操作人员。3.数据复制:本软件提供了拷贝数据库的功能，可将硬盘上的数据复制到软盘上保存。4.数据查询:对数据库中的信息可进行单项查询，组合查询和模糊查询。例如某单位想购买3级昆明小鼠，但不知在何处可以买到，操作人员只须将小鼠的名称和级别输入微机，所有能够生产3级昆明小鼠的生产单位的地址、电话、联系人等信息均可在屏幕上显示出来，若需要打印，屏幕上显示的数据还可以表格的形式打印输出。5.报表打印:报表按照时间分为周统计表，月统计表和年统计表，按照功能分为生产量统计表和销售量统计表，可根据需要选择打印哪种报表。6.统计汇总:可对不同品种品系动物的生产量和销售量进行统计汇总，统计汇总的时间范围可根据需要选择。7.图表分析:以图表的形式输出统计汇总的结果。本软件用户界面友好，操作简单，在上述各功能模块的操作过程中，每步操作均有操作提示，即使是不会使用计算机的人也能很快掌握本软件的使用。上述软件系统已研制成功，正在北京实验动物管理委员会试用。1] 丁荣光. 常用实验动物的管理与应用[J]. 安徽中医学院学报 , 1994,(02) .
