看了英文文献再用自己的话翻译过来可以有效地降低重复率，但是如果这些英文文献已经是非常经典被人翻译过了就有存在重复的风险，所以尽量找一些近年的英文文献，不一定要看全文看个摘要也可以大致了解论文所讲内容，放入自己的论文里既有亮点又可以降低重复率。
