SCI论文写作格式规范
毕业论文文体类型一般分为：试验论文、专题论文、调查报告、文献综述、个案评述、计算设计等。下面是我整理的sci论文写作格式规，欢迎阅读！
一、标题
标题要求：1.阐述具体、用语简介，一般不超过20个字。2.文题相称、确切鲜明，标题体现内容，内容说明标题。3.重点突出、主题明确，突出论文主题，高度概括 ，一目了然。不足以概括论文内容时，可加副标题。
二、摘要
1摘要内容和格式 一般格式：(1)目的(objective):说明论文要解决的问题及其起源、由来。 (2)方法(methods):说明研究时间、参与研究的患者或受试者的人数和研究的主要方法。 (3)结果(results):说明研究内容中主要结果，包括数据和统计学检验结果。 (4)结论(conclusions):说明主要结论，包括直接的临床应用。
2摘要的写作要求：(1)连续写出，不分段落，不加小标题，不举例证。 (2)格式规范化。 (3)简短、完整，一般占全文文字的10%左右。 (4)文字性资料，不用图、表、化学结构式。 (5)英文摘要与中文摘要内容基本一致。
3关键词格式：3-8个词或词组，之间空一格书写，不加标点符号。外文字符之间可加逗号，除专有名词的字首外，余均小写。
4选择关键词的方法：(1)可从标题、摘要和全文内容中选择，以从标题中选择最常用。 (2)要严格筛选，充分、准确、全面地反映文章的中心内容。 (3)查阅医学主题词表确认。
三、引言
1.引言的基本内容：(1)简要叙述研究此项工作的起因和目的 (2)研究此项工作的历史背景 (3)国内外对研究此项工作的研究现状和研究动态 (4)强调此项工作的重要性、必要性和研究意义 (5)适当说明研究此项工作的时间、材料和方法。
2.引言的`写作要求：(1)简明扼要，重点突出，一般为200-500字，约占全文的1/8-1/10关于SCI论文格式规范关于SCI论文格式规范。 (2)实事求是、客观评价，不能蓄意贬低前人，切忌妄下断言。 (3)少用套话，水平如何，自有共论。 (4)勿与摘要相同，避免与正文重复，不涉及结果或结论。 (5)一般不写“引言”字样标题。
四、材料与方法
1.材料与方法的主要内容： (1)实验对象。 (2)实验仪器:仪器设备名称、生产厂家、型号、操作方法、改进之点。(3)实验材料:药品和试剂的名称、成份、规格、纯度、来源、出厂时间、批号、浓度、剂量、给药方法、途径、用药总量。 (4)实验方法与条件。 (5)统计学方法: 结果(results) 结果是论文价值所在，是研究成果的结晶。
2.结果的内容： (1)数据：不用原始数据，要经统计学处理。 (2)图表：用于显示规律性和对比性。(3)照片：能形象客观地表达研究结果。 (4)文字：对数据、图表、照片加以说明。
3.结果的写作要求：(1)按实验所得到的事实材料进行安排，可分段、分节，可加小标题。 (2)解释客观结果，不要外加作者的评价、分析和推理。 (3)结果要真实性，不可将不符合主观设想的数据或其它结果随意删除。 (4)因图表和照片所占篇幅较大，能用文字说明的问题，尽可能少用或不用图表或照片。
五、讨论
讨论是论文的重要主体部分，是作者对所进行的研究中所得到的资料进行归纳、概括和探讨，提出自己的见解，评价其意义。
讨论的内容：(1)对实验观察过程中各种数据或现象的理论分析和解释。 (2)评估自己结果的正确性和可靠性，与他人结果比较异同，并解释其原因。 (3)实验结果的理论意义及对实践的指导作用和应用价值。 (4)作用机制或变化规律的探讨。 (5)同类课题国内外研究动态及与本文的关系。
六、结语或结论
论文的结语应写出明确可靠的结果，写出确凿的结论。论文的文字应简洁，可逐条写出。不要用“小结”之类含糊其辞的词。
七、参考文献
这是论文中很重要、也是存在问题较多的一部分。列出论文参考文献的目的是让读者了解论文研究命题的来龙去脉，便于查找，同时也是尊重前人劳动，对自己的工作有准确的定位。因此这里既有技术问题，也有科学道德问题。
一切粗心大意，不查文献;故意不引，自鸣创新;贬低别人，抬高自己;避重就轻，故作姿态的做法都是错误的。而这种现象现在在很多论文中还是时有所见的，这应该看成是科研工作者的大忌。

英文书信注意事项：
1、结尾语的第一个字母要大写，最后还要加上逗点。

1、摘要和关键词
摘要：摘要应简明扼要，能客观、真实地反映论文的重要内容和主要信息。摘要应具有独立性和自含性，即不阅读全文就能获得必要的信息（注意不是文章内容简介）。一般不超过200字。
关键词：关键词是反映论文主要内容的名词性术语，一般每篇3-5个，各词并列排放，用分号隔开，最后一词后不加标点符号。
2、正文
（1）标题
文章标题：二号字，黑体。
文章副标题：三号字，黑体。
文内一级标题：小四号字，黑体，标题序号与标题文字中间空一字。
文内二级标题：五号字，黑体，标题序号与标题文字中间空一字。
文内三级标题：五号字，楷体，标题序号与标题文字中间空一字。
（2）正文
字体：五号字，宋体。
符号正斜体：表示点、向量、未知数等变量的字母用斜体（如：线段AB，三角形ABC，未知数x等），专有符号用正体（如cos、min、km等）。
（3）图表
文章图说顺序编号，图文对应；表格标题为小五号黑体，多个表格的，格式也需按顺序编号，与文章表述对应。
（4）参考文献
按规范格式引用、著录，小五号宋体，以文中引文的先后次序顺序编号列出，正文对应引文处加上角标。
（5）文章行距
全文倍行距。
3、作者信息
为方便联系作者，请在文章末尾注明作者姓名，工作单位及详细联系方式。
作者投递稿件，大致需要的几个流程：
1、投稿
每种报刊杂志都有自己特定的办报(刊)方针和宗旨，有自己的读者对象，投稿前必须先对此进行了解，搞清它的发行出版周期，选择合适的出版社或者协作出版单位。
注意把控时间，论文发表是有时效的，须掌握一定的时间量，到底提前多长时间投稿，不同的出版社有不同的规定，要提前详细了解清楚。
2、审核
投稿后，会第一时间进行审核，应注意格式规范。如果稿件是手写的，要注意书写认真规范，整洁清楚，无错别字，标点符号准确无误，而且必须使用方格稿纸誊清，注明每页字数。如果是打印稿，还应注意字不可太大或者太小，页脚须注明页数与字数，便于编辑排版时参考。
