期刊发表一般需要一个月到三个月。看你找的哪家出版社了，每家出版社的运作方式不一样。
如何发表期刊
首先就是注意格式规范，还要控制字数。因为很多刊物是按计空格字数收费的，所以，您要根据需要确定文章的字数，省得花冤枉钱。比如，高校评中级职称一般3500字就可以了，社会上评高级会计师、高级工程师等，3000字以上即可。还要注意，如果文章有图表，则要适当增加版面。
文章的选题要与刊物的定位对路。每一本刊物都有自己特定的宗旨、栏目和专业定位，投稿前必须先对此进行了解。还要搞清是季刊、双月刊、月刊还是半月刊、周刊，这直接影响您的稿件发表的速度。
发表论文的途径有两种，一是自己投稿，优点选择范围比较大(想投哪个期刊就投哪个)和极少数情况下可以不花钱。缺点审稿时间长、版面费高、有的风险、对于急需要发表论文的作者不适用。

统计源期刊全称中国科技论文统计源期刊，也就是我们常说的科技核心期刊，科技核心期刊是我国核心期刊体系中的一类，在国内个人评职晋升、学术评估中占据着重要地位，统计源期刊也是根据期刊多方面指标遴选出来的，每两年都会对目录进行更新。 统计源期刊主要检索的是自然科学领域的文献或者期刊，因此更加适合理科作者发表，统计源期刊发表，把握核心期刊发表的基本要求即可，当然，这个基本要求相对于普通期刊的基本要求是要高得多的，最关键的在于论文的创新性和学术价值，文章只要保证了这两个主要方面，任何核心期刊论文发表都不是问题，但这两方面也是最难把握的，主要取决于作者自身的专业能力和写作能力。 另外，刊物选择也很关键，作者尽可能选择与自己专业最相符的期刊发表，最起码要保证专业大类要相符，选择统计源期刊，作者要参考最新统计源期刊目录，从中选择刊物，参考旧目录意义不大，有的刊物未必一直会在目录当中，某些方面不达标的刊物就会被剔除出目录，同时也会有新的刊物遴选入目录。 统计源期刊的发表难度总体来说要小于北大核心和南大核心的，在个人晋升中也是备受认可的，因此是发表核心期刊的一个主要选择，以上就是对统计源期刊的简单介绍。
北大核心基本就是要求硕士，有一些本科也是可以发的，南大核心以上基本就是需要第一作者为博士级别了。硕士生想发CSSCI以上级别期刊，可以带自己导师为第一作者的有不懂再问我了。

17年投过一篇,初审非常快,一个礼拜进入外审,之后就是漫长的等待,等到五个月的时候发邮件联系过一次编辑,编辑说审稿意见还没回来,让再耐心等等。之后过了半个月审稿意见回来了,主要是让文献综述上完善,方法介绍上更加详细以及某一重点结果为何不显著进一步解释。 花了一个礼拜对意见进行了修正,之后又等了几个月才终于见刊。 感觉这个期刊还是要以统计方法的创新为主。我这篇论文的模型是比较新颖的,这也是编辑看重的一大原因。 编辑老师人很耐心。有问题可以发邮件沟通,她都会回答。
5月25日投稿很快通过初审，6月29日两个外审返回意见但是又送了第三个外审，打电话问编辑部是说一个同意录用一个要退稿，于是送了第三个专家。 但是这个专家用了两个多月才回复意见，中间打电话催过，但还是继续等待了半个月。 最终退稿可能是个例，但是确实不是一次愉快的投稿经历，而且前两个专家的意见没有显示，第三个专家的意见也很笼统，几乎全是评判。
首次进统计源的期刊投稿风险不大。对中国出版的期刊中核心期刊的认定，目前国内比较权威的有两种版本.一种是中国科学技术信息研究所每年出版一次的《中国科技期刊引证报告》。另一种是北京大学图书馆与北京高校图书馆期刊工作研究会联合编辑每4年出版的《中文核心期刊要目总览》。
“农业现代化研究”比较合适，双月刊，一直都是核心期刊。直接把稿投到他的信箱，若采用半个月左右就回复。还给稿费呦。“湖北农业科学”相比而言，半月刊，采用率较高，但周期较长，一般半年以上。但可以通过交钱加急发表。请直接登陆二者的官方网站，更详细 “安徽农业科学”是08核心，旬刊，刊载量大，基本给钱就给发，若纯粹应付毕业，这个也可以。但问清楚你们学校是否承认，因为比较滥，很多单位规定不承认。
