系统bug，网络问题。1、系统bug是texstudio系统出现了问题导致修改模板后编译不变，等待官方修复即可。2、网络问题是自身设备连接的网络出现较大波动，导致texstudio修改模板后编译不变，更换网络重新打开即可。

其他文件大多为编译生成的，如果要新建自己的项目，拷贝这四个主要文件和图片目录即可。
目录说明如下：
1，注释掉多行：Ctrl+T, 去掉注释：Ctrl+U（MATLAB里面是R和T，注意区分，不要混淆。） 2、 罗马字母： \uppercase\expandafter{\romannumeral4}(大写罗马字符)、 \romannumeral4(小写罗马字符) 3、相关公式环境： \begin{equation} \begin{aligned}…. /end{aligned} /end{equation}%对齐符号为单个& \begin{eqnarray}… /end{eqnarray}%对齐符号为两个&&,且\\之后自动加上角标，去掉默认角标在\\前面加\notag 4，设置字体颜色：\textcolor{red}{}，导言区加上\usepackage{color} 5，强调空格：\quad\quad 6，字母的特殊格式： \tilde{k}:k上面加弯弯，类似还有\dot \vec之类的…… （不间断更新）

在学latex要先搞清楚一些基本概念。1，代码是怎么工作的。纯文本和富文本什么区别？为啥我回车打了好几下只有一行空行？为啥输\要输入\\？为啥注释不会显示出来？2，函数的函数名，参数，对象是什么。哪些是可以省略的。什么是默认的参数？3，文档的结构，形式，内容是什么一回事。有什么区别，各自怎么调控。像doc就是把结构，形式，内容混在一起的典范。4，编译是怎么回事？当然不用读龙书，但你至少要知道编译bibtex时候为啥一般要四次。5，引用一个章节，公式，图表是怎么回事，为啥不手动输数字。caption和label区别是什么。6，公式输入的方法和规范（先不要纠结细节）7，标点。为啥在公式后面输句号会跑到下一段开始地方去。8，为什么要\usepackage。函数的源代码储存在哪里，怎么调用。9，自己怎么新建一个函数，并调用其他函数。10，复制过来的模板哪些地方可以改，怎么改？如果你学过编程，那么以上都不是问题，如果没有那么先搞清楚这些问题再开始学latex的语法吧。至于你阅读文档可能会遇到更详细介绍，比如latex怎么断行，如何画表格（这个巨麻烦），如何输入中文或其他外语等，这些可以先跳过。像公式什么你就可以用知乎来练习。
由于投稿需要用到latex模板，原来听说latex使用很方便，总觉得这玩意是装逼的，一直听说搞cs那帮人用的多，但总是偷懒没去学，结果要投的一个杂志必须要这个。这下总是躲不过去的，就花了几天的时间去弄了下，踩了无数个坑，算是弄了一个模板出来，方便以后投稿用；也希望后续不要再踩这些坑。 首先要说的是这个模板是基于 Applied Mathematics and Mechanics 使用的，里面有个这个杂志的专用包，感觉写出来格式还行，所以就依据这个模板了。 这个随便吧，你用notepad++或者自带的tex都行，反正我都觉得不好用。 这个参考知乎的李老师就行。 网站附上：如何从零开始，入门 LaTeX？ - 孟晨的回答 - 知乎 几点需要注意的是： 有啥再补充
通过我自己摸索一个月LaTeX的经验，结合刘老师的答案，楼主可以去找清华大学硕士论文的模版，通过查看源代码、Class、stlye自定义，可以了解文本格式的定义和设置。看过模版的源代码之后，并不是说你能用的好，毕竟LaTeX的核心是数学公式，只有多写代码，多编译、查看PDF，体会不同公式定义的微妙变化。至于字体，文章标题格式，边距，行距，缩进、文武线，页脚页眉页码等，都在模版定义好了，你只需要填充内容。如果只是学会使用模板，调用命令的话，ShareLaTeX, Online LaTeX Editor 是个蛮好用的网站，有很多模板参考，可以在线或者下载源文件看。如果是想自己写.cls和.sty文件，我就不太清楚了，可能具体查模板里每一个class和package的用法会有帮助吧。

首先，诚恳的态度是至关重要的，提交文章修改后要附上一个cover letter。里面包含这些内容：（1）感谢编辑安排审稿以及审稿人提出的宝贵意见。（2）作者已经认真按照审稿人的要求对问题一一作答，并对文章进行了仔细的修改，文章的所有修改都着重标出。（3）因为你们的建议，经过修改后的文章变得更好，读者们可以获得更有价值的信息。（4）再次感谢编辑和审稿人的帮助。虽然cover letter的内容也都是客套话，但是编辑跟审稿人看着也会舒心不少。特别是审稿人，需要认真地无偿地审阅文章，难能可贵的是还需要找出不足的地方。即便有时因为研究方向不是很一致，他们有的问题有点业余，又或者提意见时比较不客气，回复审稿意见的时候也一定要尊重他们。第二，另外起草一个单独的response letter。 在这里用问答式一一列出每个审稿人的意见并且一一作答。对于文字的修改要求，直接接受就行了。有的审稿人要求增加参考文献，也许这是审稿人唯一显示他私心的地方——比如要求引用他的文章，不是很离谱的情况下也可以照办，或者打个折嘛，要求引用三篇最后加上一篇嘛。回答问题的时候，最好简洁和就事论事，不要拖泥带水。要注意不要为了回答某个问题而导致更多的疑问，尽量将讨论局限在有限的范围内。第三，有的审稿人与文章的研究方向有差异，或者没有认真读文章，导致对文章的理解有误，从而提出一些莫名其妙的问题。回答这些问题的时候，可以首先引用一下文章的相关句子，然后指出文章的真正意思。接着承认是自己的表达出现问题了，让审稿人曲解了意思，最后指出句子已经重写，表达的意思已经更准确了。这样的回答，既巧妙地回答了该问题，也避免了让审稿人尴尬。第四，如果遇到了非常难回答的问题，比如审稿人质疑文章的创新性有限，价值不大。这些是文章的硬伤，是没有办法修改的。赞同审稿人的意见肯定不好，但是用回避的方式不回答更不好，既不礼貌也侧面赞同了审稿人。这个问题尽管很难回答，但是还是要去争取一下，比如再强调一下文章里面相关的几个句子。要知道每个人的见解不同，虽然一个审稿人觉得意义不大，但是决定权毕竟是在编辑手里，只要编辑在综合多个审稿人意见之后还觉得文章有可取之处，也就没有问题。而response letter是所有审稿人都可以看到的，诚恳的回答会获得其他审稿人的好感。第五，审稿意见里面经常出现的问题是要求补充信息，比如更多的实验结果或者与该文章相关的另外的一些信息。这样的问题需要仔细斟酌一下，如果仅仅是审稿人出于自己的好奇，是可以选择在response letter 里提供而不是直接添加到文章里面。而如果对所有读者都有用，则需要加到文章里面。对于审稿人提出的不合理的建议，可以心平气和地找个客观的理由委婉地拒绝或者提供一些参考资料，不要让审稿人觉得你对他的问题视而不见。英论阁sci论文润色出版支持
投稿审稿人意见（精典语句整理）如何回复 SCI 投稿审稿人意见（精典语句整理） 如何回复 SCI 投稿审稿人意见1.所有问题必须逐条回答。2.尽量满足意见中需要补充的实验。3.满足不了的也不要回避，说明不能做的合理理由。4.审稿人推荐的文献一定要引用，并讨论透彻。 以下是本人对审稿人意见的回复一例，仅供参考。续两点经验：1. 最重要的是逐条回答，即使你答不了，也要老实交代；不要太狡猾，以至于耽误事；2. 绝大部分实验是不要真追加的，除非你受到启发，而想改投另外高档杂志----因为你既然 已经写成文章，从逻辑上肯定是一个完整的 “story” 了。以上指国际杂志修稿。国内杂志太多，以至于稿源吃紧，基本没有退稿，所以你怎么修都是 接受。 我的文章水平都不高，主要是没有明显的创新性，也很苦恼。但是除了开始几篇投在国内杂 志外，其他都在国际杂志（也都是 SCI）发表。以我了解的情况，我单位其他同志给国内杂 志投稿，退稿的极少，只有一次被《某某科学进展》拒绝。究其原因，除了我上面说的，另 外可能是我单位写稿子还是比较严肃，导师把关也比较严的缘故。 自我感觉总结（不一定对）：1）国内杂志审稿极慢（少数除外），但现在也有加快趋势；2）国内杂志编辑人员认真负责的人不多，稿子寄去后，少则几个月，多则一年多没有任何 消息；3）国内杂志要求修改的稿子，如果你自己不修，他最后也给你发；4）国外杂志要求补充实验的，我均以解释而过关，原因见少帖）。还因为：很少杂志编辑 把你的修改稿再寄给当初审稿人的，除非审稿人特别请求。编辑不一定懂你的东西，他只是 看到你认真修改，回答疑问了，也就接受了（当然高档杂志可能不是这样，我的经验只限定 一般杂志（影响因子 1-5）。欢迎大家批评指正。 我常用的回复格式: Dear reviewer: I am very grateful to your comments for the manuscript. Some of your questions were ans wered below. 1） 2） .... 引用审稿人推荐的文献的确是很重要的，要想办法和自己的文章有机地结合起来。 至于实验大部分都可以不用补做， 关键是你要让审稿人明白你的文章的重点是什么， 这个实 验对你要强调的重点内容不是很必要，或者你现在所用的方法已经可以达到目的就行了。 最后要注意，审稿人也会犯错误，不仅仅是笔误也有专业知识上的错误，因为编辑找的审稿 人未必是你这个领域的专家。 只要自己是正确的就要坚持。 在回复中委婉地表达一下你的意 见，不过要注意商讨语气哦！
