《中小学心理健康教育》杂志是惟一中央级的中小学心理健康教育专项媒体。其坚持学术性与普及性相结合的原则，为学校开展心理健康教育提供指导和帮助，是广大教育工作者学习、交流和研究、探讨中小学心理健康教育工作的园地。自2001年7月创刊以来，在全国各地教育行政、科研部门及广大教育工作者的支持下，杂志社全体工作人员以严谨的工作作风和谦虚谨慎、主动学习的工作态度，使杂志编辑水平日益提高，受到广泛的普遍的欢迎；并且在一定程度上，使得中小学心理健康教育杂志社逐步成长为全国中小学心理健康教育的信息中心。2012年以来，《中小学心理健康教育》杂志全体同仁正在为争取获得“全国优秀刊物”称号而加倍努力工作着。
无论是城市的还是乡村的,富贵的还是贫贱的,聪慧的还是笨拙的;教育的理想是为了人的一切,无论是品德的还是人格的,生理的还是心理的,智力的还是情感的。为此,我国当前教育正在由传统的应试教育向素质教育转轨。在学生的各方面素质教育中,心理健康教育居核心地位。一个人良好的思想品德素质的形成与他的心理健康密切相关。心理健康的人较容易接受思想政治教育,内化为自己坚定的信念,吃苦耐劳的品质,外化为自强不息、奋斗拼搏的行为。一些错误思想、不良品德往往是在不健康的心态下形成或表现出来的,其中违法乱纪的行为本身就是心理不健康的最终体现。因此,已引起各方面高度重视。加强中学生的心理健康教育就是注重培养学生健全的人格和个性特点,以及良好的社会适应能力,从而对中学生身心潜能素质和社会素质的开发。目前,中学生的心理健康存在的问题主要有:自我评价过高、自负、目中无人;自我评价过低、自卑、自弃,轻者对生活无信心,重者易自残、自杀;自我评价不稳定,常带片面性;渴求理解,又自我封闭。时有因老师(父母)的批评而离家出走,或者跳楼、卧轨自杀;又或者将老师(父母)杀害等见诸报端。这正如斯普格所说:“没有任何人会象青年人那样怀着憧憬,将目光从个人小天地转向宽广的社会,没有任何人会象青年人那样会陷入孤独之中,渴望着被人接近、理解,没有任何人会象青年人那样站在遥远的地方呼吸。”首先,帮助学生树立正确、客观的自我评价标准。一方面,使学生能够正确认识自我、接纳自我,正视现实,乐于学习;另一方面,帮助学生确立适当的期望值,做到一切从实际出发。其次,帮助学生建立正确的自我评价参照体系,形成正确的评价方法。教师以积极、肯定的方式,保护、引导学生的自我评价方法,使学生的评价方法既融汇于符合时代潮流的社会评价系统,同时,又是具有个人特色的个人评价系统。再次,教给学生自我评价的方法。一方面,培养学生通过写日记,自我测验等方法进行自我坚定;另一方面,充分发挥班级集体的作用,通过集体帮助个人,形成自我评价的方法。最后,建立、健全学校心理健康教育系统,作为素质教育系统的一个子系统,定期对学生进行心理健康测试,并加以科学分析。心理健康教育是新时期德育工作的有机组成部分。“德者,才之帅也。”加强中学生心理健康教育刻不容缓,这是时代的呼唤,也是全面推进素质教育的呼唤。为了实现教育的理想,以达到理想的教育,让我们都来重视中学生的心理健康教育吧!
《心脏杂志》于1989年2月创刊。由第四军医大学、中国老年保健医学研究会心脏学会、中国医药信息学会心功能学会联合主办。由国内著名心血管专家担任顾问及编委。
现在不是核心期刊，这么好的杂志也许明年会被评选为核心期刊。
不是核心期刊，但质量不错，影响力也比较大，支持发表。
