89岁的中南财经政法大学退休教授赵德馨，因百余篇论文被擅自收录起诉知网，全部胜诉并获赔70余万元。他自2013年开始上诉维权，获得的赔偿将用于出版著作。“我个人维权是次要的，希望能保护知识产权和知识分子创新的积极性。”孰料知网败诉后，将赵教授的论文全部下架并不再收录他的文章。

而在赵教授遇到的所有困难中，被期刊威胁“封杀”是最令人不解，也最令人气愤的。学术期刊本应承载起展现学术成果，引领科研规范与趋势的重责，助力于构建健康公平的学术评价体系。论文发不发的唯一审核标准，只应该是论文的质量是否过硬，写作过程是否规范严谨，是否具有权威性，严谨性和规范性，而不应该是其他一些所谓的“外部因素”。
对于知网这样的平台，任何时候都不应滥用影响力，搞成了“店大欺客”，更不应输了官司就意气用事。面对维权和批评，知网应当拿出解决问题的诚意，赢得大家的谅解，虚心接受监督和批评，在知识产权保护社会责任和企业经营发展上，找到合理合法的平衡点。如今，国家“反垄断”的利剑终于挥向知网，曾经迎难而上、孤军奋战的赵教授，也终于等到了知网迟来的道歉，希望也能借此机会，仔细调查因由知网衍生出的利益之网，让学术回归本身，坚守诚心，让赵教授维护清朗学术生态的愿望，终能达成。

近日，一则“熟蛋返生论文作者发声”的消息，引发了广大网友们的热议，在网上闹的沸沸扬扬。我们知道随着社会的发展，现在人们的文化水平都是越来越高了，绝大部分人都是受过基本教育，现在的00后基本是受过高等教育的。而我们都知道，煮熟的鸡蛋，那是不可能孵出小鸡的。而近日呢，却又一个职业技术学校的校长，发表了一篇论文，说煮熟的鸡蛋可以孵化，而且还被登上了学术期刊，这个是非常可笑的一件事情，甚至还被央视点名批评了，这个事情呢，让我想起了之前的一个类似的事件，叫做“量子波动阅读”，这个东西也是跟这个煮熟鸡蛋反生一样十分的扯淡，一本书可以在几面之内就看完，可以说简直就是来搞笑的，伤害性不大，侮辱性极强。
一.鸡蛋可以反生吗
首先，鸡蛋煮熟了肯定是不可能反生然后孵化的，被煮熟的鸡蛋，里面的很多生命元素都被破坏了，那怎么可能还会恢复成原样呢？
二.人死也不可复生
就像是人死也不能复生，生命体征都没有了，心脏都腐坏了，那怎么可能还有办法让他复原呢？

所以说，这类明显就是人的东西，反而类似这样的东西他就是有人上当，就是有人愿意买单，就像是量子波动阅读的那些给孩子报名的家长一样，都是一些没有自我思考能力的情况，容易被别人牵着鼻子走。所以凡事我们都要有自己独立思考判断的能力，才不会受了类似的当。

没有进入第八版北大核心。 根据北京大学图书馆官方网站（）信息，第八版《中文核心期刊要目总览》（2017年版）于2018年12月由北京大学出版社正式出版发行。
再根据第八版《中文核心期刊要目总览》（2017年版），可以看到关于噪声收录的期刊只有“声学技术、应用声学”，没有噪声和振动控制。
