1.描述图画

论文通篇应该是统一语言的（摘要需双语），中文的论文即用中文图标文字，英文论文即用英文图表。有一种情况例外，即当图表是外部引用时，可以用原图，但必须对图表进行解释内容与引用目的。
研究生论文格式要求
一、学位论文的基本要求
1、硕士学位论文应表明作者确已在本学科上掌握了坚实的基础理论和系统的专门知识，并对所研究课题有新的见解，有从事科学研究工作或独立担负专门技术工作的能力。
2、学位论文一般应用中文撰写(学科教学(英语)除外)，字数一般在10000字左右。
二、学位论文一般应包括下述几部分
(一)题目：能概括整个论文最重要的内容，恰当、简明、引人注目;严格控制在20字以内。
(二)、摘要(中外文)：论文第一页为中文摘要(800字左右)，应说明本论文的目的、研究方法、成果或结论，要突出论文的创造性成果和新见解，语言力求精炼。为便于文献检索，在摘要的最后另起一行，相应注明本文的关键词3至8个。外文摘要另起一页打印。
(三)、目录：应是论文的提纲，也是论文组成部分的小标题，应将文内的章节标题依次排列，标题应简明扼要。章、节、小节分别以一、1、
(1)等数字依次标出。所标页码应与正文一致。
(四)、正文：是学位论文的主体，是将学习、研究和调查过程中筛选、观察和测试所获得材料，经加工整理、分析研究，由材料而形成论点。论据、论点和观点应力求准确、完备、清晰，实事求是，简短精炼，合乎逻辑，文字要简练通顺，图表数据要准确无误。

三、硕士毕业论文的基本格式
1.标题
(1)论文的标题一般分为三级，具体的格式要求为：
1级标题：中文黑体，三号(21px)，段前、段后间距均为1行;英文为times new 级标题：中文黑体，四号(19px)，段前、段后间距为1行;英文为times new 级标题：中文黑体，小四号或(16px)，段前、段后间距为1行;英文为times new roman。
段前、段后的间距可根据文章的实际情况做适当的调节，以便于控制正文合适的换页位置。
(2)标题的表述可以用“章、节”、“一、(一)”、“1、”等形式。其格式如下：“第一章 □□□□□(一级标题，居中，单列一行)”“第一节 □□□□□(二级标题，空两格左对齐，单列一行)”“一、 □□□□□(三级标题，同二级标题)”对于其他样式的格式，要求不变。
对于其他级次的标题或者需要突出的重点部分，可用五号黑体字体进行标示，也可单列一行，或者放在段首。
2.正文字体
(1)硕士论文的正文中，如无特殊要求中文一律采用简体，特殊情况可用繁体，字号为五号宋体，行间距为18磅;
(2)图、表标题采用小五号黑体;表格中文字、图例说明采用小五号宋体;表注采用六号宋体;
(3)英文、罗马字符一般采用Times New Roman字体，按规定应采用斜体的采用斜体;
(4)阿拉伯文、日文等其他文字使用该文字的惯用字体。
3.图表、公式
(1)硕士论文中的表格均采用标准表格形式。表中的参数应标明量和单位。表序、标题居中置于表的上方。表的备注置于表的下方。表格一般放在同一页内显示，一般不要分页显示。
(2)图中的术语、符号、单位等应与正文中的表述一致。图序、标题、图例说明居中置于图的.下方。图形不能跨页显示。照片不得直接粘贴，须扫描后以图片形式插入。
(3)论文中的公式为居中对齐，编号用小括号括起，右对齐，其间不需要加线条。

长篇阅读部分采用1篇较长篇幅的文章，总长度四级约1000词，六级约1200词。
